mineral pool wonderful spa
I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room. The location is AMAZING!!! The spa facilities were wonderful. The mineral pool had smaller spas along its side.
The hotel lacked a dedicated loading bay, so unloading luggage at the entrance was slightly inconvenient.

SUPERB experience DEFINITELY worth it

courtyard room complimentary soft drinks
I secured an upgrade to a courtyard room. IT came with access to a semi-private outdoor area that had tables and chairs. A fridge stocked with complimentary soft drinks was a HUGE bonus , more hotels should do this.

a satisfactory stay

helpful doorman restaurant staff confusing layout long corridors
The service was excellent, really. the doorman was ever-helpful. the restaurant staff and the front desk people were great. I can't say enough positive things about them.
The hotel is a warren of floors and lifts and "floors between the floors," seriously. i needed to remember which lift to take to get to my room. There were several lifts and rooms are situated between the floors. i never took the correct lift! always ended up taking stairs and walking long corridors, it was annoying.
