“The hotel's access to Bath's thermal springs is a distinct advantage, amplified by a spa village offering signature treatments and customizable wellness packages; its central location puts guests within walking distance of key attractions. I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room. The location is AMAZING!!! The spa facilities were wonderful. The mineral pool had smaller spas along its side.
The hotel lacked a dedicated loading bay, so unloading luggage at the entrance was slightly inconvenient.

I secured an upgrade to a courtyard room. IT came with access to a semi-private outdoor area that had tables and chairs. A fridge stocked with complimentary soft drinks was a HUGE bonus , more hotels should do this.
